Well I never saw this coming.
It's going to be a huge loss.
He's clearly been the commercial driving force behind the company since listing and for over 15 years. All that ASX experience and commercial nous in such an early stage biotech now he's leaving the building.
By the look of things with over 11m shares he is also a top 20 shareholder.
I hope the good Dr has a plan on how we are going to recruit a new chair who is prepared to show shareholder alignment by making a meaningful investment in the company.
Dr Tunstall is a member of the executive not the board. We need a new highly experienced ASX chair who is well versed in the black art of generating shareholder value.
