I think DW had a good look at the register before he started buying. And worked out how many he needed to buy to upset their strategy. It wasn't "emotional" buying. And he probably had a good idea who might be the new CEO too. He probably knows a lot more than he is required to disclose to the market. Like how much product has been sent to help Ukrainian war victims.
