    So my read as an extension to this, once ML is issued, and AVZ buys the 15% from Cominiere....

    AVZ/DATHCOM - 60 + 15 = 75%
    DRC - 10%
    Cominiere - 15%

    Avz sells 24% to CATL for $240m

    Final stakes

    AVZ / DATHCOM 51%
    CATL 24%
    COMINIERE 15%
    DRC 10%
