And assuming that I have no understanding of accounts as well.
I have been running businesses for the last 40 odd years and there is little that I need to learn about accounts.
If you are running a small tin pot business, there is normally no rush to get the a/cs done.
But if I were the CEO of a public listed company, I would consider it my duty to get THE WHOLE YEARS a/cs
promptly dealt with and of audited.

He is dealing with OPM Other Peoples Money. Therefore imo has a duty of care to be on the ball at all times.
It is irresponsible to make statements such as "might" if you know anything about business I think you would agree.

I continue to take an interest in this company, as I am a very experience business person and do not like a lot of what I see.
As I said before, I do my own DD rather than parroting what Amos has said or written.
