RSK still yet to announce finalisation of the $30mil USD 'project facility' funding for Chatree. It has been almost 3 months since it was first announced they were in negotiations.
Could it be this current 'bridging' facility is all they actually needed, as they have now secured (or imminently) other required funds via a different means? Eg; Restart support from the Thai gov....
