    This is a general discussion idea,
    if we achieve funding.

    The person funding wants the staged approach brought forward, and is willing to fund this in their investment.
    Is it achievable?

    Management has set it up to reduce initial investment, but could we see it jump to 7mTpa if the demand is there.
