A high level theory:
Each annc seems to add about 2c on the floor.

Potential discovery saw 4c hold
Discovery may see 6c hold
Commercial 8c?
reservoir upgrade 10c?
Tied to production and cashflow 12c
New drill annc (for diff zone)? 14c

Basic I know - but hey can only crystal ball gaze
