I am trying to find out if closing statements are available.
From what I can gather there are a few technical aspects to finish but decision is with judge now who could take up to 6 months.
General consensus seems that CHM will have a win which means it will recover a fair bit in costs alone.
What differs is estimated size of what will get awarded.
I believe cash and a direct interest in Crossland. Glyna who I think closely reflects MMX position is under 20 million.
Like the two parties themselves someone has got it horribly wrong but only time will tell and as you said everything on here is just banter.
