Yeah, not super clear.
Hopefully the following is correct (it's how I've interpreted it anyway), happy to be corrected if I'm wrong as I'd need to take action myself again then.
1. 'Allow' the offer price to be increased to 20.8 (amendment)
2. Vote on whether we want to sell the company at the 20.8 cents
