I think the announcement is very clear on how the grant will be used:
" PolyNovo said it plans to use the funding to support the purchase of new equipment and the upgrading of
existing equipment used for manufacturing our NovoSorb SynPath product, used for amongst other things
diabetic foot ulcers (DFU)."
