Of course the notices are always around 9M shares. That is 1% of the register and his lodging requirement. Tonne of churn in there though and looks like he bought high and sold low on the way down so not sure how profitable it was. Surely if he wants to get to a certain level would be better just to organise some blocks. I am sure someone would take them.
