Gard's you seem to be missing relevant point......If court accepts MMx couldnt have bought JH without chm's misappropriated funds, Just like geoff couldnt have bought the house in the example without his coy's money...CT still only awarded on % basis...the real penalty being that the coy gets more than just their origional monies back they get a % of the appreciation...Ie geoff only pinched 100k, but cos the house is worth more he has to give back 200k...PENALTY.....IF proved MMX had knowledge then instead of just giving back 400k plus interest MMX will have to give back % of JH....experts testified to value around 800 Mill..is chm's 400k 1% or 3% or less...hence figures explainde as before......what's your tip.. Wow !!!!CHM share price falling off a cliff..Think the penny might have finally dropped.....Time to bail!!!
