how do you know it's 75% needed. if so, that seems like next to no chance given how many investors on here has come out voting no. Especially if this represents a broader segment of the shareholders. Reckon I've only seen two people on here voting yes, spooks and Eloi.
I thought it would require over 50% to get across. In saying all this, I'm not revealing how I'm voting.
