So you are saying... without the grant PNV would not be spending money on their own facility to expand production capabilities for other product lines that they are currently doing trials on?
They would he sitting on their hands and not progressing for the sake of 500k.
I am pretty sure the posters know exactly where $500k is going to be aquitted to. But the very obvious inference was that getting the grant frees up other capital that PNV would otherwise be spending on the facility regardless.
They were always going to upgrade abd spend $500k for the future with or without the grant.
Do you think you would succeede in getting a 500k govt grant without having all items specified and very very detailed plan of expenses prior to applying for a grant.
Who knows...PNV probably have included a few hundred $k contribution themselves in their application to ensure they get the grant. Exactly $500k is a funny number isnt it.
