I honestly don't think it works this way. Personally I don't want any positive/for/agreeing sentiment to be registered on my behalf in either of these resolutions. I'm no legal eagle but I'm super cautious when there are so many ways legalese can be interpreted at the end of the day. In this instance I'd be worried that legal minds (who are able to win big cases with just a word or letter that can be construed to their benefit), will be able to do the same in this instance with the word 'for' in resolution 1. Maybe I'm being over cautious, maybe not. I just don't understand why we have to agree or disagree with the updated offer...it's been updated and approved by the courts as an amendment..the 14.6 cent offer has been superseded yes?
