Richard...Your arguement doesnt make sense....No one is suggesting what you say.......example...If your brother steals 100,ooo from his company..loans it to you, (and you dont know he stole it)..you then buy a small engineering company with 400,ooo of your own money and the 100k your brother loaned you (that unbeknown to you was stolen)...4 years later the theft is discovered....your small engineering company has now grown under your management to be worth 5 million...your brother is pinged..do you think that his company (from which he pinched the cash)..should be entitled to a 1.25 mill share of your company?????
