My understanding is that a) that 5 year rate is at fixed payability of prices obtained...as per standard agreements...and that b) your comment re future earnings...they are not allowed to make those statements even if they have the numbers...until...they see a quarter of production. Once again, an ASX stipulation, even if in this case more understandable than some of their others. . Although I am extremely confident in the integrity of MYL management, there are other managements out there that the ASX needs to protect against and this is a blanket coverage item.
