I think that is a really good idea Shamall. The shareholders of any company have a responsibility to ensure that the company is well run and well managed. They do this by monitoring the performance of the company and raising their objections or giving their approval to the actions of the management of the company. A corporation's board owes its “fiduciary duties” exclusively to shareholders, meaning that the board, as it makes decisions, is solely accountable to shareholders. I know we are small holders but we should be expecting a far better performance than what we're getting which is nothing. Pride is making me hold my 200k of shares which I'm well underwater on.
