It's quite possible that a lot of diabetic ulcers will heal with a variety of intensive treatments, but I would also expect that a high percentage will actually recur within 12 months since the underlying cause hasn't been fixed. So healing within 3 months isn't the whole story, patients really need to be followed for one to two years to see the real outcomes.
IMO BTM has a better chance of a longer lasting outcome than perhaps Integra or Recell, but it's hard to know.
