    Hi Cho0020,
    I held VIL and sold 50% today and bought into GGP on the basis of the rise variance.

    GGP rose 8.3% VIL rose 38.5%, on the basis of the holding being 2.5 times, either VIL should only have risen by 20.75% or GGP should have risen 38.5/2.5 = 15.4%.
