CPS have only sold 2mill shares since the last notice. The rest of the decrease is in % terms due to dilution. I don't trust these guys either, but they are still above 5% which us interesting. If you were looking to dump your stock you would sneak just below 5% and dump silently.
I just wonder if there is another pump coming...
