It appears Cosmo spent $86,000 related to exploration (which is much better than $0.00 for the 2020 / 2021 period). It's less than half what the exploration license stipulates, however, the Wardens Court has previously granted expenditure exemptions related to tenement E38/2274.

If things go a similar way as previous rulings...

• The Wardens Court will dismiss Foley's Application for Forfeiture.
• The Wardens Court will grant an expenditure exemption for 2020 / 2021.

I suspect Michael Foley is just annoyed with himself for selling a significant percentage of tenement E38/2274 to Cosmo Gold back in 2011 (refer below) & is desperately trying to lever back ownership based on insufficient exploration expenditure by Cosmo.



Who knows, if the court dismisses Foley's application & grants Cosmo with an expenditure exemption, it might even help to improve the DDD share price. Only time will tell.
