Thanks for that. I get it that expectation of takeover would make it jump but what I don't get is why it's slipping 7.6% this past month after de merger. I would've thought the demerger was a good thing for it and the dividends is unbelievable, if true. Why would anyone bail out at this stage? Looks pretty good value even without the takeover offer.
