Data:
- ASIC net shorts show +135K to 8.6M (3.77%)
- ASX Daily Gross Shorts at 297K suggests some churn ('washing') but not enough to indicate it was them given 1.6M vol
Analysis:
- We may have a new investor accumulating.
- But more importantly we also have some long short funds that may be looking to cover a losing position near term (read pre OA008). These funds report monthly to their investors
