Agri is too risky and they don’t have expertise. Stick with SME’s where the Invigo team has relevant experience.
Also, think they will move away from factoring and target B2B BNPL and supplier early financing. The additional premium there is worth the additional risk (I think) and they could well extract substantially above 20%.

Dont’t think there was any DD with the $18mio cap raise. Likely one of those where the investors was in the broad pumpa dumpa move and only did it to sell right away into retail hands. The Top 10 does not suggest there was any institutional holder.
