the problem with tooth whitening is that you need a strong dose of hydrogen peroxide, 10% is max for home use.

so for an OTC to work effectively, you need to system that able to deliver a high dose of peroxide safely and effectively. so far there is not a system that able to do it OTC.

I am sure u guys heard of the case against the beauty therapist doin tooth whitening. I think those whitening kiosk in the shopping centre dont have a good name either and dont think they do very well either.
