I don't think Elon is thinking of acquiring us. If he were to acquire a lithium company, I think he would go further up heirachy than us. He doesn't need to risk his money on a developer.
Analysts are divided about Tesla value. He faces a lot more competition in coming years and margins will be squeezed. If I were him, I'd be using any excuse to liquidate some of my position in Tesla too, particularly given Twiiter lawsuit.
If Tesla stock price stumbles because of overvaluation, it won't affect us imo.
