try Croatia, Vietnam, Thailand, France - I guess many other European nations and Asian nations.
When I was in Croatia - I made certain that I always had cash with me - because almost everywhere else I can go out with just a watch on and bingo - I can pay ----------------- not Croatia
there are also several places in France which only take cash - so, unless you know the place - you don't order first unless you've got enough cash on you to pay. These days - if I want to go out light - watch only - I keep 10 or 20 euro in a little pocket somewhere - because - you never know
