ANZ is the lowest quality bank and is bleeding market share, apparently the Suncorp purchase just gets them back to the market share they were not long ago. I would not be surprised if there end up being some problems integrating it all, with speculation the loan book was fattened up at lower margins to look for a buyer. Having said that, it does spit out a dividend and cheap enough will challenge returns from CSL now that it is so large.
