They couldn't work out how much PB owed the company for the shares he owned via the loan. The range offered to the meeting was somewhere between 8 cents to 14 cents, from memory. There was no certainty on the number they feebly put forward to placate the meeting. Anyone who was at that meeting couldn't possibly support the existing management 2nd time around.

PB was completely mute for more than 45 minutes, pi****d off you asked the question. Not one person on that board actually understood your very pertinent question. Obfuscation was the order of the day.

Giltay had no answers . He is still there.

Paula was shuffling papers. She has been promoted.

JE was busy bullshitting about how he had to remain independent by not buying shares on market. He is still on 172k per annum. (x4, so verging on a cool $1m since that balls up)

You travelled from Melbourne, they gave you no answers and wound it up once they finally realised they had the numbers. They were pretty stunned at how close the last challenge was.

Then everyone was sold the candy about the link to SMS, a TIvan subsidiary in Singapore NAIF $80m et al

I thought you had sold out and moved on. I hope you have some shares to vote and to sink this pack of nepotistic narcissists.
