Thanks Baird. That was pre-commited: so cannot be counted as successful completion of the process (it went to the underwriter beacuse the institutions were not interested). Are we this desperate to change the meaning of success?
Have Pie and Soul Pattinson given up on this? I am 50% in loss. But if bankruptcy is where we are heading, it is still something.
