I know some posting on ADY have stated that they believe ADY is preparing for Administration because of the management restructure.

What about the possibility of a takeover or realising ADY's resource potential by recommencement of production of iron ore (by JV)?

No one is talking about this right now.

All the above are possible, but remember that ADY could sell mining pieces and this will buy ADY more time to turn things around and maximise shareholder returns. Hopefully a sound plan will be hatched now that there has been a change in management structure.

1.3 cents per share seems extremely cheap.
