Pro, it might be a bit simplistic but the way I view it Paul was offered 4,000,000 shares @ $0.143 per share, unfortunately he was strapped and went to TNG (the Bank) and borrowed the money to pay for these share at NO interest, so yes we lose the interest on $572,000..

Hi Sasha. I agree with your dates and analysis on this important issue. Definitely the big question that I would love to know the answer to, is ‘has Mr Burton repaid any of this loan?’ If so how much? I guess he still has another year to sort it out. I do feel confident now that he will be pursued in time for the money he owes TNG. This can only be right and proper for share holders. Cheers.
