It's not large enough/ liquid enough for most funds. Also they have annual performance figures to worry about and don't want to be seen as underperforming - they have a short term outlook. Small investors like us can afford to be more patient. Markets are not efficient at least in the short term but this creates opportunities. Warren Buffet said that 'if markets were efficient then i would be panhandling in the street'.
