Asking this out of curiosity: is there any way of knowing how many shareholders there are on the registry at any one time?
what do we think the chances are that by the date of the vote there are fewer than 100 shareholders? And what implications would this have for remaining holders?
im just wondering out loud, but I would imagine that a lot of smaller retail shareholders are in the process of selling out… and my assumption (based on nothing) is that insiders would be primarily the buyers.
does this make any sense?
