The difference here is that the DW funder will have some form of recourse (security) that you and I don’t have as shareholders, and will have considered risk when determining their pricing.

If we cut through all the obfuscation and corporate speak peddled by our CEO, the unfortunate fact is that SPX is performing very poorly financially and is fast running out of time to turn this around.

Of major concern are the consistently horrible expenditure figures. We’re yet to hear a plan on how the company’s cost base will be reduced, my presumption is this is because there isn’t one.

For me - not the time to be throwing good money after bad.
