Ameriwest's Thompson Valley grab samples are back and are underwhelming.

Ameriwest Lithium Announces New Lithium Discovery in Arizona with Results of up to 1,670 ppm

Assay results from 44 surface grab samples, analyzed by Paragon Geochemical (“Paragon”) in Sparks, Nevada, show lithium contents ranging from 15 to 1,670 ppm Li. From the 44 samples submitted for assaying, 27% had lithium contents greater than 500 ppm, and 9% were greater than 1,000 ppm with a mean of 353 ppm Li and standard deviation of 406 ppm Li.

Surface sample comparison:

Thompson Valley:
9% of samples >1000 ppm
Peak of 1670 ppm

Big Sandy:
34% of samples >1000 ppm
Peak of 2930 ppm

For Big Sandy, even though the highest grades were found closer to cofer spring, the highest number of >1000 ppm samples were actually a bit further north where the next drilling will be.

Good news for all of us, as Big Sandy continues to be the clear stand out lithium project in Arizona...and also good news for lifefree, as he likes to invest in inferior Arizona lithium projects. Ameriwest is Bradda Head 2.0 in the making.
