Don't worry your not alone.. did exactly the same.
I'm not getting back in though.. at these levels you'll be on a wobbly tight rope. What you're seeing is a lag effect in the market.i think those big constant rate rises will start to bite, but as in the US, earnings and the jobless rate has to turn before we see the market react.
