wow I just found this site....its a free suburb search with photos of the houses I chose some suburbs , familiar territory, in regional areas...of course these places are always cheaper than your main cities....and they still provide some excellent profits, without a massive outlay..
look at this one 41000 in 1999 probably worth 250-300 today

so there you go, real actual house prices, not fudged with CPI, inflation or any other fudging material that some use, to show houses are not a good investment... when in fact they are a great investment....
