I currently hold PAR both inside and outside of my Industry Super fund.
My outside component will hopefully be able to participate in an issue, however I am very unclear on what my super component will allow me to do.

I understand that super normally allows you to participate in rights issues, however PAR has been 'blocked' for me to buy since it dropped out of the ASX300.

So wondering how that will pan out - perhaps I will be excluded in super for any issue as they aren't on the menu? That would be sad.

You'd need to contact your ISA and seek clarification. Given you currently hold it I'd be surprised if they were able exclude corporate actions irrespective of it being outside of ASX300. Would be interested in their response back if you get the chance
