I’m not sure that a No vote and a 2nd strike would be good for our investment either. What would you think would happen in this case? A new board? Removal of Karl/Peter? You would think that churn may increase if there were to be a No vote, and it would damage the company’s ability to attract new clients one would think. So I don’t know.

Yes it's stuck between a rock and a hard place. Getting rid of board right now could damage LVT even more..
