True, CUE is expected to rise on the back of the 4 tips ($/Artemis/Caterina&Matariki) so I reckon Yogi don't want to be caught out either. After all, he also need to be right if hes going to keep his followers.
On Meo - which i think you/Gasbag still hold - that could be largely worthless without a strike on Artemis.
