The JV has received a $20 million grant from the Australian Government. The single largest grant awarded under its scheme. These grants are only allocated based on a convincing proposal.
The technology is also novel - it hasnt been done before with this plant etc.
So the Calix PLS JV is a goer, and its also integral to the longterm prosperity of the company.
