Hi CB, its of course always a mix of both the gold price (especially) and the exchange rate.
But if we assume POG = US$1,500/oz , AUD = US1.00, Ag = US$17.00/oz
Then RED dcf valuation (at 10% discount rate) of 90% plus cash ($19 million) = 46 cents.
On those numbers the EPS = 9 cents average life of mine (10 years) and P/E = 1.2 based on 11 cents share price (which would simply not happen, the share price would move up considerably!).
