Yes we all, including the Directors of RCP would know that Share Consolidation causes a Share's price to weaken either before (normally)or after the revelant Announcement.
These RCP Directors must have something 'up their sleeve' to be pushing this Consolidation onto Shareholders. They may also be wanting to 'shake the Tree' of weaker RCP Shareholders and tighten the RCP Share registar before any good announcements are made to the Market, so as to max. the effect of good News.
Should any 'outer cicle' Shareholder complain to M.K., he would probably tell You; 'If you don't like what I'm doing, then You should sell Your Shares'--- Yes, and guess who or whose 'Friends' would be lined up to Buy.
Most of To Days Postings seem to be playing into M.K.'s possible 'Hand'!
