Let's look at it this way:Recent price rise was largely pumped for the CR, and the pumpers are the ones receiving the placement shares.
I'd say it's fair. They pushed it high, and they get more at a price lower than the high but will still be quite a bit higher than the price pre the pump.
So I am quite ok with the deal if we get to participate in a rights issue component.
