Sorrry Mozz but couldn't a CR have been done concurrently with release of good 008 results and therefore done at a premium!. Instos would have to take it or buy on market with a surging share price.
The idea of extra upside for them is also rubbish IMO. There is plenty of major events in the pipeline as you have stated many times and positive 008 results is a masive derisk/ value for the stock.
