If you are right, and I don't mean to infer one way or the other, but if you were I think you would only manipulate with an end trigger in mind, lest you be caught out fighting a rising share price later, and approvals seems like a good trigger to me.
It is with excited anticipation I await the next week. Does disappointment follow, or a hell of a giddy high?
