I don't know the industry at all. I'm only looking at financials and management outlooks. And help from HC people like yourself.
In the case of ECS;
Freeing up substantial capital from an area that makes low profits, to fund areas of high profits appears to make sense.
Capital is limited for nearly all businesses.
