Spirit has committed to reselling 85 million dollars worth of Cisco gear over a period of time. Great, they might, they might not. Its just a projection. They still need to find the sales.
Cisco will come to the party with aggressive hardware discounts however Its rare for cisco to provide leads so much of the onus on filling this pipeline will be on spirit's sales team.
I have no comment on their share price or market cap but this announcement alone shouldn't move the needle.
